Payments for courses on Instil are processed securely via Razorpay or other authorized online payment gateways.

All fees will be clearly communicated before purchase. Non-payment or breach of payment terms may result in suspension of access to courses.

All rights, title, and interest in the course content, logos, trademarks, and associated materials belong to Instil or its licensors. You shall not copy, distribute, or misuse any content without explicit permission.

6. Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined therein.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our services but do not guarantee absolute availability. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
